Daifuku mochi is a Japanese dessert created with mochigome dough, flour made from a Japanese grain of glutinous rice, which is molded to the desired shape and filled to taste. Although eaten throughout the year, mochi is a traditional New Year food in Japan and is consumed most commonly during that season and at a ceremony called mochitsuki.


In our workshop in Barcelona our pastry team creates mochis handmade with the finest ingredients, using great creativity in each one. Periodically we add to our menu mochis new and innovative flavors, also linked to the temporality of some products.
